The PermaShine® Card Holders are a great, cost-effective solution to custom imprinting directly on the balloons! These transparent Card Holders are sold in a set of two which effortlessly clip onto your PermaShine Stem allowing you to sandwich in a card or cardstock message. The clip is made of a soft thermoplastic that grips into place and can slide up and down the stem accounting for the exact size media you want to present. Card Holder Clips allow for one side of media to be presented or one on each side of the stem making your statement visible from both sides!
